Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic person to lead and manage the full scope of low-rise residential townhomes across multiple active sites (10+). This senior leadership role will oversee marketing strategy , sales performance, align construction progress with sales targets, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure all project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing long-term business strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Managing brand strategy and the product portfolio for market competitiveness.
- Using data analysis to derive insights about consumer behavior and market trends.
- Lead overall sales performance and results across all active project sites.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that align with corporate targets, while coordinating construction plans to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines, product quality, and inventory readiness align with sales forecasts and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic insights.
- Coordinate with design teams, development groups, and related stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive marketing and sales initiatives to achieve and exceed established targets.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including construction, sales, and marketing groups, to deliver project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Unit Management in Real Estate or other industries (e.g., FMCG, Retail, Automotive, Banking, or Insurance).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and achieve assigned goals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading team
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, including land pricing, competition, buyer behavior, and sales/marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans , with high learning agility to quickly understand new products and industry dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
