TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking potential candidates for Supervisor - Finance & Accounting, Overseas to join with us.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounting & Finance operations of overseas subsidiaries. (6 Countries).
- Monitor and support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Bridge communication regarding Company Policies, Procedures and Best Practices.
- Check and Verify the Quarterly Financial Reporting packages to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Assist the Senior Manager in preparing, analyzing overseas financial performance for management.
- Consult and Co-Ordinate the Budgeting process to ensure Corporate KPIs are aligned and distributed with all functions within the Countries.
- Facilitate communication between HQ and subsidiaries on finance and accounting issues.
- Support ad-hoc projects, system implementations, and process improvements as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to multinational or group company structures. (Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is an advantage)
- Strong bilingual skills in English and Thai language.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, consolidation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with HQ and overseas teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel abroad as required.
