Supervisor II (Slider Maintenance)

About our group:

The Slider Maintenance department is responsible for maintaining tooling and equipment to ensure optimal operating performance and product quality. The team also develops technologies to support current and future product requirements, enabling sustainable and improved operations, quality, and productivity in Slider mass manufacturing.

About the role - you will:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on tooling and equipment.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate improvement actions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with relevant departments for procurement and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for management.
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Open-minded, proactive, and service-oriented
• Fluent in English

Your experience includes:

• 7+ years of experience in equipment/tooling/machine maintenance, preferably in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical fields.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance-related software.
