Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the procurement department to develop standards for warehouse stock and set stock re-order point and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database.
- Collaborate with production, quality team, finance to control inventory variance.
- Supervising warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, and providing training to maintain productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide the Material Order in SAP by follow AtP (Available to Promise Evolution)
- Overseeing the receipt, identification, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely stock counts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, logistics, inventory management or related fields).
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and stock management in Manufacturing process.
- Experience in using SAP or related warehouse management software.
- Able to communicate in English, read and write.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Be able to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
