Job Responsibilities :
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with suppliers.
- Facilitate and coordinate supplier programs, product launches, and training with sales, marketing, and Asset Management teams.
- Develop strategic business plans with suppliers and drive sales organization to achieve results.
- Coordinate and participate in business reviews at headquarters and branches.
- Support the sales team on major opportunities to provide direct supplier support.
- Operate as the primary point of contact for supplier-related issues.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in any discipline with at least of 5 years experience in the electronics industry.
- Creative ability to contribute to product marketing ideas, strategies, brochures, and related materials.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to engage suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills to build relationships across multiple levels.
- Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience working with Japanese suppliers will be an added advantage.
