Ensure supplier parts and materials comply with product specifications, standards, and SAFRAN requirements.
Manage and oversee incoming inspection activities, ensuring adherence to work instructions and inspection accuracy.
Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance using statistical analysis; prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Lead supplier quality issue resolution, including NCR, 8D, SCAR, root cause analysis, and corrective action validation.
Manage supplier non-conformances, material review board participation, defect verification, and quarantine inventory reduction.
Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments, and support supplier approval/re-approval processes.
Support APQP, FAI review and approval, product qualification, and first article inspections.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams to evaluate and develop suppliers.
Implement quality improvement projects, coach supplier quality engineers, and support Supplier Performance Management leadership.
Qualifications
Complete bachelor's degree in ME/IE/EE or any field related.
Experience: 5 years of progressive quality experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment with the ability to lead and influence others. AS/ISO standards. Experience in supplier quality audit is preferable.
Ability to read and understand drawing, technical specifications, technical report, etc.,
Ability to write technical documents, audit reports, non-conformance dispositions
Strong knowledge APQP, PPAP, 8D and FAI Process
Capable of MS. Office and other Application.
Other Skills: Must be very organized, detailed oriented, systematic and accurate. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean and six sigma tools is desired.
Fluent communication in English is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
