Role Description

This is a work-from-home position. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through quality engineering, control, assurance, and management practices. You will be involved in the day-to-day tasks of monitoring product quality, developing quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement at our factories, mostly at Rayong and Chonburi area, but not limited to these two places.

Qualifications

• Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
• Experience in product quality management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
• Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Develop and maintain technical data sheets for all plumbing products within your assigned area.
• Possess a general understanding of relevant certifications like cUPC, NSF61, NSF372, AB100, HVI, CSA, Energy Star, WaterSense, UL, and/or ETL. This is not compulsory since we'll have training provided.
• Plumbing product experience is highly valuable (although home items industry experience is also considered).
• Regular travel is required to HW factories in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and China
• Minimum 3 years quality assurance experience
• Hardware, tools, plumbing industry
• Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a benefit (but not mandatory).
