Job Description

Position: Supply Chain Analyst

Company Overview:

My client is a leading provider of material handling equipment and warehouse solutions, with a strong strategic focus on clean energy technology. They offer comprehensive, end-to-end services through their dedicated centers specializing in Sales, Rental, Maintenance, and After-Sales Service.

To drive operational excellence, the company is currently seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst. This pivotal role will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of procurement, inventory management, data analytics, and after-sales operations to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage procurement of products and spare parts in alignment with demand forecasts
  • Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize shortages and excess stock
  • Track and analyze lead times for purchasing, production, and transportation
  • Identify supply chain issues and propose data-driven process improvement solutions
  • Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and supply chain costs
  • Maintain and operate DAS, ERP, and other supply chain data systems
  • Analyze data related to product usage, machinery performance, and spare parts consumption
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
  • Provide data analysis and reporting support to Service and After-Sales teams
  • Improve workflows through digital tools and data-driven solutions
  • Analyze technical issues impacting supply chain and after-sales operations
  • Support product and spare parts specification selection
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Service, and Operations teams
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, after-sales, or data analysis is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Working proficiency in Thai and English
