About the Role
The role involves leading the development and deployment of supply chain strategies that align with the company's strategic goals and MCS strategies to meet business requirements across all Business Units (BUs).
Responsibilities
- Lead to develop and deploy supply chain strategy direction to align with company strategic goal and MCS strategies to meet business requirement for all related functions in all Business Units (BUs).
- Develop the optimum long term business plan (15 years) by advising the most optimum production plan along the value chain, feedstock selection, and products sale strategy for base chemical and product allocation for downstream in order to develop long term strategic direction including advising risk exposure to long term business plan by preparing mitigation and optimization plan across the company.
- Prepare master turnaround and shutdown plan for GC with alignment with GSP, BUs, JVs and important logistic facilities shutdown plan.
- Explore opportunity for supply chain optimization (growth projects & synergies collaboration etc.) and support economics evaluation for Base Chemical for long term projects.
- Review and standardize end-to-end business process across all functions of all business units by adopting best practice, supply chain solution and benchmarking tool to ensure effectiveness of company's supply chain network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineer or related filed.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Oil Refinery and Petrochemical business or relevant experience with the job description
- Expertise in planning and scheduling for Refinery and Petrochemical preferred
- Expertise in PIMS preferred, Knowledge and experience working in process units /engineering a plus
