Job Description
- Lead end-to-end supply chain functions including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and industrial engineering to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage functional strategies, budgets, and KPIs to support business goals and optimise resource utilisation.
- Analyse operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote operational excellence through lean practices, process optimisation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal standards.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and organisational capability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making, support regional operations, and align with global objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain or factory management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials management, logistics, and ERP systems.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Thai and English; Mandarin language capability is an advantage.
