About the Role

Are you an aggressive, results-driven logistics sales champion who thrives on hunting new logos and closing contracts

My client is a leading logistics player executing a major business transformation into an End-to-End Smart Logistics Solution provider. They are scaling heavily into integrated B2B contract logistics, 3PL warehousing, bulky cargo networks, and cross-border land/ocean distribution.

We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on breaking into new enterprise accounts, with a strong preference for candidates holding an active client network within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) / Rayong & Chonburi manufacturing hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Sourcing: Aggressively identify, target, and acquire new corporate B2B clients requiring 3PL warehousing, transport and integrated supply chain services.
  • Solution-Based Consulting: Map client supply chain inefficiencies and design customized, profitable warehouse and distribution solutions.
  • RFQ/RFP Ownership: Lead complex corporate bidding processes, manage pricing matrices, and close high-stakes commercial negotiations end-to-end.
  • Cross-Functional Implementation: Partner tightly with Operations, Warehousing, and Fleet teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new client projects.
  • Territory Engagement: Spend significant time on the ground building deep relationships with corporate buyers and factory plant directors.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience within 3PL, Contract Logistics, Warehousing Sales, or Heavy Freight Forwarding.
  • Strategic Geography: Deep familiarity and an established client footprint within Rayong, Chonburi, or the broader EEC manufacturing zones is highly preferred.
  • Mobility: Willingness to regularly travel between Bangkok and the Rayong/Chonburi industrial zones to meet clients face-to-face is a must.
