Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of global cross-border category planning, build competitive product supply chains, and enhance category expertise; responsible for premium product pool planning and supply chain improvement across countries.
- Expand supplier networks and product categories; optimize costs through procurement levers (scale, competitive bidding, strategic framework agreements) to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage supplier products, pricing, and inventory with accountability for turnover; strengthen competitiveness of cross-border offerings.
- Leverage 10+ years of B2B industrial category planning and procurement experience to optimize supply chain efficiency and competitiveness.
- Oversee supplier operations management, ensuring strong partnerships and driving sustainable business growth.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or above in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 10+ years in B2B industrial product planning and procurement, with strong supplier management expertise.
- Business Planning: Proven ability to develop global cross-border category strategies and build competitive supply chains.
- Procurement: Skilled in product pool planning, cost optimization, and sales/profit growth through scale, bidding, and strategic frameworks.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Strong ability to manage product quality, pricing, and inventory, with responsibility for turnover.
- Market Competitiveness: Capable of building competitive cross-border product offerings.
- Language: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
