Anchanto - Opportunity for Supply Chain Consultant
Role Overview
The Executive Supply Chain Consultant serves as a supply chain and implementation specialist, guiding SaaS clients through the full lifecycle of onboarding and adoption. This role is responsible for delivering training, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executing go-lives, providing HyperCare support, and documenting lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in both implementation methodology and the SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities
Consultant and Functional Support
- Work closely with Solution and Development teams to understand client business requirements and map them to SaaS product capabilities
- Ensure SDDs are aligned with client specifications, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and best practices
- Simplify complex requirements for clarity and execution
- Advise clients on supply chain best practices aligned with SaaS workflows (inventory management, order fulfilment, marketplace)
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation in shared platforms
- Identify gaps between client needs and product capabilities and document enhancement requests
Product Training
- Develop and maintain training materials including user guides, quick references, and e-learning modules
- Conduct virtual or on-site training sessions for end users and super users
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to enable internal knowledge transfer
- Assess training effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop UAT test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements
- Coordinate UAT schedules with stakeholders
- Validate test cases in UAT environments before client execution
- Guide users through UAT execution and documentation
- Track, manage, and validate issues, including regression testing before go-live sign-off
Go-Live Execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize go-live plans
- Validate data migration and system configurations prior to go-live
- Facilitate Go-Live Decision based on readiness criteria:
- UAT sign-off
- Training completion
- Data readiness
- Environment stability
- Cutover checklist completion
- Client approval
- Present go-live recommendations: Approved, Conditional, or Deferred
- Provide go-live day support and act as primary point of contact for issue resolution
HyperCare Support
- Deliver structured HyperCare support (2–3 weeks post go-live)
- Manage support tickets within defined SLAs
- Categorize and resolve issues: user errors, configuration issues, product bugs, enhancement requests
- Conduct daily client stand-ups and ensure smooth transition to Customer Care
Post Mortem and Continuous Improvement
- Facilitate post-mortem sessions within 2–4 weeks post go-live
- Deliver reports covering project summary, successes, challenges, product feedback, and process improvements
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and track closure of action items
Essential Requirements
