Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategiesthat align with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee all supply chain functions, including Production Planning, MRP, Procurement, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
• Optimize supply chain costs and operational efficiencywhile maintaining high standards of quality, service, and risk mitigation.
• Lead vendor negotiationsand manage strategic partnerships to ensure consistent supply, cost competitiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionallywith Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure product availability aligns with market demand and business targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiativesacross the supply chain using lean principles, automation, and digital tools.
• Develop and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a high-performance culture and building capabilities to support long-term business growth.
• Manage and implement regional or global supply chain projectsto enhance efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness (as applicable).
• Ensure compliancewith international trade regulations, customs requirements, and corporate governance policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Expertise in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and proficiency in supply chain tools, analytics, and warehouse management systems.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities with a focus on measurable business impact.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex supply chain networks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
