Supply Chain Director (Semiconductor)
Location: Nonthaburi/Pathum Thani
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, with full responsibility for managing contract manufacturers (CMs). This role will ensure operational excellence across production, inventory, quality, cost control, sourcing support, and order fulfillment within a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong semiconductor industry experience and a well-rounded background in contract manufacturer management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Manufacturer (CM) Management
- Lead day-to-day operational management of contract manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Drive performance through KPIs, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and structured governance.
- Ensure alignment between internal demand plans and CM production capacity.
- Proactively manage risks, supply continuity, and escalation processes.
2. Inventory & Order Fulfillment
- Oversee inventory strategy to optimize working capital while ensuring service level targets.
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer delivery performance.
- Collaborate with planning teams to balance supply-demand effectively.
3. Quality & Cost Management
- Partner with Quality teams to ensure manufacturing compliance and product integrity.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing and supply base.
- Lead cost negotiations and continuous improvement programs with CMs.
4. Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Support sourcing activities for semiconductor components and critical materials.
- Strengthen supplier relationships and long-term strategic partnerships.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead crisis management during supply disruptions.
- Drive process standardization and supply chain digitalization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of supply chain experience, with strong exposure to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing contract manufacturers
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor components, supply risks, and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in complex, global supply environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
