Job Description

1. Develop and execute the company's overall supply chain strategy, aligning with the broader business objectives.
2. Oversee all supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
3. Develop and implement robust demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
5. Implement supply chain technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and visibility.
6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
7. Develop and manage a high-performing supply chain team.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Job Specification

1. nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
2. .Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry
3. .Proven track record in leading and transforming supply chain operations
4. .Deep understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization techniques
5. .Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
6. .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. .Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above) or excellent English communication skills
