Position Title: Supply Chain Engineer/Officer

Work Location: Amata Industrial Estate, Chonburi, Thailand

Your duties as a Supply Chain Engineer include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Providing professional solutions to the customers based on technical skills in NGS field and achieving the sales target.
  2. Develop and manage local suppliers, maintain effective communication with overseas suppliers, and sustain good relationships with key vendors.
  3. Formulate material requirements planning, oversee the entire process from purchase order placement to material arrival, and promptly resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and settlement during procurement.
  4. Arrange and track international logistics, customs clearance, and local distribution related to procurement to ensure timely arrival of materials.
  5. Manage business records, data, and reports related to procurement and logistics.
  6. Liaise closely with the China headquarters to coordinate procurement activities and ensure smooth information flow.
  7. Handle other temporary tasks assigned by the department head.

The successful candidates for this position are able to demonstrate:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for majors in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business, or related fields.
  2. Native proficiency in Thai, with fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  3. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain. Experience in cooperating with Chinese suppliers is preferred.
  4. Strong communication, coordination, and stress-management skills. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of teamwork.
