Supply Chain Finance Manager

We are looking for a high-caliber Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to our Logistics and Warehouse leadership, driving cost-efficiency and ensuring robust financial controls across our distribution network. This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with a strong background in large-scale retail warehouse operations (DC environments) who can translate operational activities into financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Partnering: Provide financial insights and advice to the Supply Chain/Logistics team to drive operational performance and cost-saving initiatives.
• Logistics P&L Management: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all warehousing and transportation costs (e.g., Cost per Case, Labor Productivity).
• Inventory & Risk Control: Oversee inventory reconciliation, manage shrinkage/loss prevention strategies, and ensure stock accuracy across all Distribution Centers.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze Supply Chain KPIs to identify efficiency gaps and lead productivity improvement projects.
• Process Governance: Ensure strict internal controls and compliance within the warehouse operations and streamline financial workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling, preferably within Retail, FMCG, or 3PL (Logistics).
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work with expatriate management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools...
• Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach...
• Proven track record in managing financial operations for large-scale DC.

Working Days: Monday – Friday
