Our client, a leading F&B manufacturing company, is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Senior Manager to partner with operations and drive financial performance across the supply chain and production.
About the Role
This high-impact role will oversee end-to-end financial management for supply chain activities, focusing on cost optimization, inventory control, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in finance within a manufacturing environment, coupled with proven experience in strategic planning, business partnering, and driving performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Deliver cost analysis, variance reviews, and performance tracking across production, inventory, and logistics.
- Oversee standard costing, product costing, and BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy.
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock adjustments, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze COGS trends, yield, waste, and production efficiency to support management decisions.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency.
- Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives including procurement, CAPEX, and supply chain optimization.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with controls, and support for internal/external audits.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in finance, FP&A, or supply chain controlling within the manufacturing/FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in business partnering with operations or supply chain teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
