We are seeking a Supply Chain Financing position to join our Business Development team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's financial cash flow, working capital, and asset utilization to ensure smooth operations and long-term growth. The position plays a key role in supporting supply chain financing solutions that align with our upcoming Virtual Bank project and overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize cash flow, assets, and working capital across supply chain financing operations.
- Design and implement financial models, payment terms, and credit structures to support suppliers, distributors, and business partners.
- Collaborate with the BD team to develop financing solutions that enhance partnerships and drive business growth.
- Monitor, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks related to supply chain transactions.
- Support the Virtual Bank project by aligning supply chain financing strategies with digital banking initiatives.
- Work closely with finance, risk, and treasury teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, banks, and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain financing, corporate finance, banking, or treasury management.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, credit assessment, and asset financing.
- Experience working in fintech, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
