Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Partner Management
- Support purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, contract coordination, and
cost-reduction initiatives
- Assist in building scalable procurement and sourcing processes aligned with
business growth
- Work with vendors based on defined KPIs (cost, quality, delivery)
- Help maintain supplier relationships and support quality review processes
Logistics & Warehousing
- Coordinate with freight, shipping partners, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
teams
- Assist in optimizing logistics routes, timelines, and operational costs
Inventory & Asset Management
- Support inventory tracking across sales, rentals, demos, and field deployments
through IMS
- Help monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs, excess inventory, and asset
mismanagement
- Assist in managing rental stock lifecycle and coordination across multiple
storage locations
Team Collaboration & Resource Planning
- Work closely with operations, logistics, technicians, and demo teams for smooth
execution
