Role Description The Supply Chain Management Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayutthaya. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing supply chain data to support materials planning, inventory control, and logistics efficiency. The analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor supply chain operations and identify improvement opportunities. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, validating data integrity, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights. The role also involves documenting process changes, assisting in the implementation of new tools or systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the materials and supply chain management functions.

Job Description :

Managing Purchase Orders and Execution

•The core function is the accurate execution of purchasing transactions into Oracle System.

•PO Creation: Reviewing requisitions from internal departments and converting them into Purchase Orders in the ERP system.

•Order Confirmation: Communicating to confirm EMS received the order and can meet the requested delivery date.

•Expediting: Monitoring open orders and proactively following up with EMS to speed up deliveries or production schedules change.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials Management and Supply Chain Management to understand inventory, procurement, logistics, and end-to-end flow of goods.
• Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and support process optimization initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI platforms) and familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel skills, MRP/ERP usage/knowledge (Oracle), project management, knowledge of Procurement and Materials Management processes.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret supply chain metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• English communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external teams
• Ability to work on-site in Ayutthaya, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail is essential.
• Experience at least 5 years in manufacturing or logistics environments, and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), is an advantage.
