Title:LDC Supply Chain Management Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities
LDC & Process Design
- Participate in LDC workshops/meetings across SCM modules to gather requirements and design future processes aligned with local business needs
- Act as Thailand SPOC and SAP system expert, understanding both current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
- Align system design proposals with regional/global SCM teams before implementation
Cutover & Go-live Management
- Drive end-to-end Cutover planning (preparation, execution, reporting) in collaboration with IT teams
- Ensure business readiness for Go-live, including contingency planning and resource allocation
- Support Hypercare planning and execution, including KPI tracking and performance reporting
- Lead daily Cutover/Hypercare calls and manage business readiness & ramp-up
SAP Support & Operations
- Monitor service orders and incident tickets to ensure SLA compliance
- Act as liaison between business users, LDC, and technical teams
- Provide day-to-day SAP operational support and ensure system stability
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate root cause analysis
Requirements & Continuous Improvement
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable system enhancements
- Support UAT, system validation, and implementation planning
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate SAP releases and rollout projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Manufacturing, QA, RA, Warehouse, Finance)
- Train and support Super Users to strengthen internal capabilities
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Track logistics KPIs and system performance through reports and dashboards
- Update SOPs and process documentation post go-live
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP logistics, with hands-on exposure to SAP S4 logistics and manufacturing modules.
- Strong SAP knowledge, specifically in MM module
- Strong understanding of GxP documentation and validated environments.
- Experience in authoring SOPs and training materials.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with SAP GUI and Fiori Launchpad.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- English fluencyrequired for frequent interaction with global and regional teams.
