The company is currently seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Procurement (E2E) to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the overall supply chain and procurement operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain performance and cost efficiency.
- Manage and strengthen supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure accurate demand planning and order fulfillment.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain and procurement in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in procurement strategy, logistics management, inventory control warehouse Logistic.
- Experience in electronics, automotive, or upstream metal manufacturing industries with company size of 100200 employees.
- Hands-on leadership style with experience in coaching teams and collaborating across countries.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.
- Good command of Thai English communication.
