Supply Chain Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Management Manager to lead strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive growth within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals. Identify new suppliers to support business expansion efforts. Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to forecast demand and align supply plans accordingly. Oversee sourcing strategies and supplier selection while managing supplier performance metrics (OTIF, lead time, quality, cost). Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to support procurement needs. Support new product introduction (NPI) projects by providing strategic supply chain perspectives. Resolve supply disruptions and implement effective contingency plans. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations. Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions while maintaining documentation and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 6 - 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Styeline). Proven experience in supplier negotiations and cost optimization. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Effective leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory optimization. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in risk assessment and contingency planning.
