Job Description:

  • Lead and develop a purchasing and planning team, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong execution against department targets.
  • Drive material planning and supply continuity to support production requirements and customer commitments.
  • Strengthen planning processes and data discipline to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.
  • Deliver continuous improvement across procurement, planning, and inventory control to enhance service levels and manage cost.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on capability, quality, delivery reliability, and commercial competitiveness.
  • Build effective supplier partnerships and lead commercial negotiations to secure sustainable terms and performance commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (production, engineering, quality, finance, logistics) to resolve supply issues and manage risk.
  • Oversee logistics and delivery performance to ensure timely, efficient inbound/outbound material flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics standards, and all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment (purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics).
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP environments and strong data-driven planning mindset.
  • Good understanding of BOM structures and coordination with technical teams.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident English communication and experience working with regional/global stakeholders.
