Supply Chain Manager
Location: Nonthaburi, Thailand

Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, from demand planning through procurement, manufacturing coordination, warehouse management, and logistics.
This role ensures accurate forecasting, reliable supply, optimal inventory, and efficient product distribution to support business growth.
Supply Chain Operations Responsibilities
Demand Planning
- Develop monthly sales forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
- Analyze historical sales, promotions, and market trends to improve forecast accuracy
- Manage rolling demand forecasts and update supply signals accordingly
- Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes
Supply Planning
- Convert demand forecasts into production and supply plans
- Coordinate production schedules with contract manufacturers
- Ensure adequate production capacity and material availability
- Identify potential supply shortages and implement mitigation plans
Procurement
- Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging materials
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, lead time, and quality
- Identify alternative sourcing options to reduce supply risk
Manufacturing Coordination
- Work closely with contract manufacturers to ensure production timelines are met
- Monitor production schedules and resolve potential delays
- Ensure quality standards and production specifications are maintained
Warehouse Management
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation
- Ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO / FEFO)
- Improve warehouse efficiency and operational processes
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage logistics operations and transportation planning
-Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery
- Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs
- Ensure smooth distribution to retail channels including modern trade, CVS, and distributors
Inventory & Supply Risk Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service level and working capital
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
- Identify supply chain risks and implement contingency plans
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Operations teams
- Support new product launches by ensuring supply readiness
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Provide supply chain insights to support business decision-making
Qualifications
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations within FMCG manufacturing
- Proven experience managing demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and logistics
- Strong understanding of inventory management and production coordination
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
