This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to oversee and optimise the entire supply chain process across multiple countries, ensuring seamless material flow, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer service. You will be empowered to integrate planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service functions while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

As Supply Chain Manager Southeast Asia and Australia New Zealand, you will play a central role in orchestrating the smooth movement of materials, information, and products across a complex regional network. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as manufacturing, sales, finance, procurement teams as well as external partners including suppliers and third-party logistics providers.

The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

  • Oversee demand and supply planning processes across regional manufacturing sites to ensure accurate forecasting and timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with non-regional plants to guarantee on-time deliveries that align with production schedules and business needs.
  • Manage material availability by collaborating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support seamless manufacturing operations.
  • Optimise inbound and outbound logistics throughout the region by streamlining freight management, transportation costs, and delivery performance.
  • Supervise regional warehousing operations including third-party logistics providers, focusing on efficient material flow processes and inventory control.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet service targets while minimising excess stock and obsolescence through effective monitoring systems.
  • Support Customer Service teams in handling orders, inquiries, complaints, after-sales support, ensuring prompt communication and issue resolution.
  • Track key supply chain performance indicators such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turns, plan adherence, logistics cost, and supplier service levels.
  • Lead or contribute to lean or continuous improvement projects within supply chain operations by identifying process gaps and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Develop, train, and nurture Supply Chain employees across planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service functions in the region.

What you bring:

To excel as Supply Chain Manager Southeast Asia and Australia New Zealand you will bring substantial experience gained from senior roles within complex manufacturing environments-ideally spanning several countries within multinational settings. Your educational background equips you with the technical foundation needed for strategic decision-making while your hands-on experience ensures practical application of best practices. You possess deep knowledge of ERP systems like SAP S4H which supports efficient resource planning; your familiarity with regional import/export procedures enables smooth cross-border transactions. Your interpersonal skills allow you to connect easily with colleagues from diverse backgrounds-building trust-based relationships that facilitate collaborative problem-solving. As someone who values continuous learning both personally and professionally-you actively seek out opportunities for self-improvement while nurturing those around you through mentoring or structured training sessions. Your fluency in English ensures clear communication at all organisational levels; your sensitivity towards cultural nuances helps foster an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels heard.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management and Operations, Business Administration or Engineering is required for this position.
  • At least 5-8 years experience in supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment is essential along with a minimum of 2 years experience managing teams.
