The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the full spectrum of Supply Chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, materials management, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment. The role drives operational excellence through improved On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory optimization, lead time reduction, and cross-functional collaboration. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong experience in manufacturing environments, preferably electronics, who can effectively manage complex operations, influence stakeholders, and lead supply chain transformation initiatives within a global organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead demand planning, material planning, and inventory management processes
- Drive KPI performance (inventory turns, DOH, service levels, lead time reduction)
- Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with business targets
- Optimize supply chain processes and implement global SOPs
- Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global planning teams
- Manage customer communication, delivery performance, and issue resolution
- Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team to achieve operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization programs
Job Requirements:
- 10-15 years of progressive Supply Chain Management experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing.
- Strong end-to-end Supply Chain leadership experience, covering Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Fulfillment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale and complex manufacturing operations with diverse product portfolios.
- Demonstrated track record of improving On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory optimization, warehouse management, supply continuity, and lead time reduction.
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting, capacity planning, planning governance, operational excellence, and supply chain digitalization tools.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and operational metrics, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), inventory turns, DOH, service levels, and productivity improvements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience working within a global or multinational manufacturing organization, interacting with regional and global stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
