Job Description
- Lead SCM & Planning team in the effective application of Best Practice and efficient processes.
- Develop production plan budget and timeline.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specification.
- Lead a discussion on demand planning in the Monthly with the MKT team to get consensus on the demand plan.
- Manage exceptional situations and solve complex supply problems, such as stock allocation, production priorities, production changes, promotion changes, aging stock, crisis management, etc.
- Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- More than 5 years in Supply Chain Planning
- Profound knowledge in business functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and more
- SAP Experiences is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills.
- Works well under pressure, can handle and delegate workload effectively.
