Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Manage order processing and ensure timely communication with customers
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and local transport providers for delivery and collection
  • Issue invoices, billing statements, and receipts
  • Handle customer complaints and support claims and product returns
  • Process sample orders efficiently

Procurement & Inbound Logistics

  • Issue purchase orders to overseas and local suppliers (intercompany, external vendors, toll manufacturers)
  • Coordinate import shipments with forwarders through to warehouse delivery
  • Perform goods receipt in system and validate 3PL reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales on stock availability and demand planning

Export & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage export shipments with forwarders for intercompany and third-party customers
  • Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with customs requirements

Logistics Cost & Vendor Management

  • Review transportation costs and negotiate rates with logistics providers
  • Optimize order allocation for cost efficiency
  • Manage cargo and transportation insurance

Reporting & Inventory Management

  • Prepare sales, purchasing, and logistics cost reports
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Conduct stock counts and reconciliation activities
  • Support financial reporting and annual physical inventory

Accountabilities

  • Assess customer reliability and collaborate with Finance to mitigate fraud risks
  • Ensure compliance with customer service procedures and internal controls
  • Contribute to cost optimization initiatives within local logistics operations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of accountability, resilience, and self-motivation
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
