Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure efficient performance, including but not limited to inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier relationship management.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; propose and implement optimization initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth coordination across all supply chain functions and resolve operational issues.
Monitor industry trends and research best practices in supply chain management; introduce advanced concepts and technologies to drive innovation and upgrades in supply chain operations.
Develop and execute performance metrics (KPIs) for supply chain operations; regularly evaluate operational performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 3–5 years of solid understanding of supply chain processes, with hands-on experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics distribution.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to independently analyze and resolve issues, with quick response and effective solutions
