Responsibilities
1. Budget & Cost Control
- Review budgets, verify the accuracy of PR/PO documents, and ensure spending complies with company policies.
- Analyze Break-Even Point (BEP), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), stock movement, and profit margins to support business decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines and track progress across cross-functional teams.
2. Demand Planning & Inventory Control
- Review sales forecasts and collaborate with Marketing and Demand Planning teams to develop production plans.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain optimal Days on Hand (DOH).
- Analyze sales trends, daily sales rates, and inventory coverage to optimize product allocation across Online, Distributor, and Event channels.
3. Production & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure product quality and production timelines are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the pre-production process.
- Analyze historical sales performance, gross margin, and net margin to support production planning and inventory decisions.
4. Procurement & RFQ Management
- Oversee the RFQ process, supplier comparisons, and procurement activities to ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
- Monitor outstanding PRs/POs and verify the accuracy of supporting documents, tax documentation, and approval requirements.
5. Dead Stock Management
- Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory and drive action plans to reduce excess stock.
- Manage the annual inventory write-off process and related reporting.
6. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Develop and improve workflows, processes, and automation systems within the team.
- Implement AI tools, dashboards, and digital solutions to enhance forecasting accuracy and create proactive alert systems.
- Design no-code/low-code workflows to reduce manual tasks and drive team KPI performance through data and technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, or related functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate inventory performance, stock movement, and sales trends.
- Experience in procurement planning, supplier management, and price negotiation.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Digital Skills
- Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to support analysis and improve productivity.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and a willingness to apply digital tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
