About the Role
To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Supply Chain & Planning Manager to oversee supply planning, forecast raw material and packaging requirements, optimize inventory, and ensure a reliable supply to meet production and customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent shortages and overstock.
- Ensure production plans align with customer delivery requirements while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules accordingly.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize waste, obsolete stock, and expired materials.
- Monitor production capacity, machine utilization, and manpower planning.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports, including KPI analysis.
- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Maintain planning parameters and ensure the accuracy of master data in ERP/MRP systems.
- Support new product launches and production trials from a supply planning perspective.
- Identify risks that may affect supply continuity and develop appropriate contingency plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain within the food manufacturing industry (frozen food experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and production planning.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai
- Proficient in using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Preferred Skills
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (plant-based role).
