Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
- Support end-to-end execution of Supply Chain programs - from demand planning, procurement, and logistics to customer delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project or program milestones
- Track progress of program deliverables and proactively address Supply Chain risks or delays
- Liaise with Suppliers to ensure timely material supply, order accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Work closely with Sales to manage delivery schedules, order status and program requirements
- Performs Supplier qualification, onboarding and tracks performance monitoring
- Maintain and update program dashboards, metrics and reports for management review
- Analyse material flow, lead times, and cost performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare summaries on program health (inventory levels, shipment schedules, cost variance)
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarders for import/export matters
- Optimise transportation and warehouse operations for cost efficiency
- Continuously improve Supply Chain visibility
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain to enhance responsiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 5 years experience in Supply Chain Program in similar industry
- Familiar with import/export procedures and Incoterms
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification
- ERP and MRP knowledge is required
