Main Purposes of the Job:
- Logistics coordination with freight forwarders and suppliers
- KPI management and creating forums for people to discuss results
- Running MBR & QBR with logistics partners
- Managing monthly business reviews with key suppliers.
- Weekly tracking of shipments
- Planning dispatches based on arrivals and shipping schedules.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Logistics Management:
- Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution
- Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers
- Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI.
- Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.
Performance Management
- Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.
- Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly & quarterly)
- Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 2-3 years minimum experience in supply chain/logistics
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proven track record of success
- Good in English proficiency
- Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership
