Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain transformation initiatives, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend optimized future-state solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization, efficiency, and digital enablement
Assist in implementing leading practices and technologies to enhance supply chain performance
Support client stakeholders throughout project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Supply Chain transformation or consulting engagements
Familiarity with digital tools and emerging technologies in Supply Chain (e.g., automation, analytics)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications:
Experience in Supply Chain processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and process integration
Exposure to ERP systems; Oracle Fusion functional knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
