About the role

The Supply Controller is responsible for leading and overseeing the financial performance of the Reckitt Bangpakong factory. Partnering closely with the Manufacturing Director, this role manages the full factory P&L, ensures robust financial controls, and delivers insightful operational and cost analysis. The Supply Controller ensures all financial and administrative processes comply with corporate standards while driving continuous improvement in financial performance.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the factory management team, providing financial leadership and strategic support to the Manufacturing Director to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Oversee all factory finance activities, including accounting, reporting, and data processing, ensuring strong cost control and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage monthly and period-end closings, review journal entries, and ensure timely, accurate financial statements in line with accounting standards and corporate requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, including the Revenue Department, on all taxation matters such as corporate income tax filings.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to meet audit and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Review balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ad-hoc or strategic projects as required.
  • Provide day-to-day financial guidance to factory operations to support the achievement of financial targets.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals and lead post-investment performance reviews.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.
  • Ensure financial and operational reports accurately reflect business performance and support effective decision-making.
  • Maintain standard material costs and manage intercompany transfer pricing where applicable.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analyses, including root cause analysis and actionable insights.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all finance activities.
  • Continuously strengthen internal control environments across all factory operations.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in finance roles within a manufacturing or factory environment, managing plant finances or P&L.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in financial closing, controls, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to partner with manufacturing and supply teams, providing financial insights for decision‑making.
  • Experience in CAPEX evaluation and investment analysis.
