Position: Supply Planner (3rd party contractor)

Responsibilities
- Manage and submit code extension (BDR) requests, including status tracking and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor slow-moving inventory and coordinate return processes to source plants.
- Follow up on product transfer activities for both existing products and project.
- Provide support to the Sales team on material availability, inventory status, replenishment timelines, and GMID inquiries.
- Request air freight quotations from sourcing plants and process air shipment applications.
- Track and follow up on action items from cross-functional meetings (e.g., pre-SOP meetings).
- Submit and monitor SAP master data change requests.
- Monitor New Product Introduction (NPI) inventory and track shipment status to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Materials & Inventory Management, Production Coordination, or Customer Service.
- Experience in contract manufacturing or vendor management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive discussions toward effective resolution.
- Process-oriented with excellent time management and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI, or able to learn quickly.
- Fluent in Thai and English (Chinese is a plus).
