We are seeking a proactive and technically-minded Support Engineer to become a key player on our Support team. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond typical support, offering direct involvement in our software's development lifecycle and the opportunity for international travel.
What You'll Do:
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for our global software clients.
- Manage client system installations and configurations, both remotely and through international on-site travel.
- Deliver comprehensive product training to a wide range of users( journalists, editors, producers & IT staff at TV Stations) during on-site visits.
- Collaborate with development teams by reporting bugs, testing new features, and relaying customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and support resources.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product suite and its core technologies.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong administration skills in both Windows (Desktop/Server) and Unix-based (Linux, macOS) environments.
- A solid understanding of networking principles for troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing).
- A natural problem-solver with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility for international travel.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for learning new technologies.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Thailand

- Experience with SQL database.

- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker).
