Job Overview

Lead and manage DDN readiness and manufacturing operations for assigned assembly lines. Ensure 4M readiness, governance discipline, problem-solving closure, and cross‑functional coordination to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets. Act as the system owner supporting the Assembly Manager with data accuracy, escalation, and operational governance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 8+ years experience in manufacturing operations or production leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean methodology.
  • Solid problem‑solving: containment → RCA → verification.
  • Ability to run tier meetings and cross‑functional escalations.
  • Good English communication for reporting.
  • Understanding of ERP/MRP (BOM, routing, PPS).
  • Strong discipline in 4M readiness, weekly governance, and skill matrix management.
  • Coaching and leadership experience with training‑to‑autonomy processes.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/assembly operations.
  • Demonstrated capability in Lean, shopfloor governance, and structured problem‑solving.
  • Experience collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, SCM, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage data, readiness trackers, and operational escalations.
  • Hands‑on experience improving yield, downtime, and changeover efficiency.
