Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Sustainability Officer to play a key role in shaping and driving the organization's sustainability and ESG agenda.

This position is ideal for professionals who want to create real impact, connect sustainability with business strategy, and help drive long-term value for the organization and society.

You will work cross-functionally to embed sustainability into core operations, lead ESG initiatives, and ensure transparent, high-quality sustainability reporting aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives and ESG priorities
• Integrate sustainability practices into daily operations and long-term organizational planning

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and manage sustainability-related projects across multiple departments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution
• Monitor progress and measure performance against defined sustainability KPIs

ESG Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Track, analyze, and interpret ESG performance data
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across environmental, social, and governance areas
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to strengthen sustainability performance

Sustainability Reporting & Disclosure

• Prepare sustainability and ESG reports in line with global frameworks and regulations, including:
• GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, IFRS Sustainability Standards, and SET guidelines
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency of ESG disclosures
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect data and supporting documentation

ESG Communication & Capability Building

• Communicate ESG progress and updates to management and employees
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise sustainability awareness
• Foster a strong sustainability-driven culture within the organization
