Sustainability Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external organizations (e.g., Mae Fah Luang Foundation and other sustainability partners) to implement environmental and social impact initiatives
• Lead and organize sustainability activities aligned with SDGs, such as reforestation programs, trail running events, and other CSR initiatives
• Drive employee and executive engagement in sustainability programs across the organization
• Plan and execute internal campaigns to promote sustainability awareness and participation
• Prepare and develop Sustainability Reports (SD/ESG Reports) in English
• Collect, analyze, and present sustainability data to support reporting and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment of company activities with global sustainability standards and frameworks
• Support ESG strategy development and implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, or L&D-related engagement roles
• Strong interest and understanding of SDGs and sustainability practices
• Experience working with external stakeholders (NGO, foundation, partners) will be an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Minimum TOEIC score of 550 (please specify your score if available)
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives
• Proactive, creative, and passionate about sustainability
