A System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of an organization. This includes hardware, software, and networks. They ensure that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, supporting the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Task of Microsoft Active Directory, G-Suite, Office365.
- Manage software licenses and updates.
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and migrations.
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Enforce security protocols, manage user access, and ensure data encryption.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator.
- Proficiency in English and Thai
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in information security principles and best practices.
Technical skill
- Strong knowledge of server and Client operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with M365 product and Administration task
- Familiarity with G-Suite product and Administration task
- Familiarity with Antivirus product
- Proficient in both spoken and written Thai and English.
