System Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. This role involves analyzing requirements, designing scalable systems, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.

Collaborate with Technical Leads to align on system architecture and workflows for scalable solutions.

Work closely with product owner, business analysts, developers, QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Design system integrations, including API design and third-party platform connections.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system-related issues.

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, software development, or IT solution design.

Technical Skills:

Programming & Frameworks: Java Spring Boot or Node.js

Databases & APIs: SQL, RESTful APIs

Cloud & Web Applications: Experience with cloud-based (Azure) web or mobile applications

Experience designing solutions for enterprise-level applications

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and UML.

Familiarity with system integration and microservices architecture.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience in leading small projects or initiatives is a plus.
