Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications, design and develop solutions, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing system solutions, APIs, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Requirements Analysis:

• Analyze business requirements to assess impact and create detailed functional specifications for the Front End, Business Layer, Back End, Database schema, software components, and related systems.

1. Solution Design and Development:

• Design and develop features, APIs, and system solutions while ensuring smooth integration across platforms.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Vendors, and Developers to discuss and coordinate design solutions.

1. Impact Assessment and Functional Specifications:

• Conduct thorough impact assessments and create detailed functional specifications for the technical teams.
• Ensure all stakeholders, including developers, QA teams, and related teams, are aligned on the functional specifications and impact assessments.

1. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Developers, Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Vendors, and other relevant teams to ensure project success.
• Groom and communicate impact assessments and functional specifications to relevant teams.

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Validate results by working closely with QA and software testing teams.
• Ensure the solution meets both business and technical requirements through rigorous testing.

1. Scalability, Supportability, and Performance:

• Implement best practices to ensure scalability, system performance, ease of maintenance, and security.
• Focus on improving product performance while reducing technology costs.

1. Incident Management:

• Investigate and provide support for production incidents, collaborating with system analysts, developers, and the operations team.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Expertise in designing and developing features/APIs/solutions.
• Deep knowledge of system integration, workflows, and the design of Front End, Business Layer, Back End, and Database schemas.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Vendors, and QA teams.
• Proficiency in implementing best practices for scalability, supportability, performance, and system security.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in investigating and resolving production incidents.
