System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gathers and analyzes software requirement to efficiently address business needs
• Provides team and user with technical solution and procedural design
• Liaison between user, operation team, other support area, IT vendor to provide superior customer service
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for user engagements
• Responsible for the application design, application development that meets system standards from beginning to end
• Co-operates and facilitates team and related participant interaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT or related fields.
• Over 5+ years of experience in System Analyst, or related position.
• Familiar with System Integrator and government projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with a variety of software development tools and technologies
