Job Role: -System Analyst

Job Location: - Singapore

Experience: - 12+ Years

• Design and define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures based on business requirements.
• Translate functional and business requirements into detailed system and technical specifications.
• Produce low-level designs (LLD) and guide development teams through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, back-end, and mobile teams.
• Ensure seamless integration between UI/UX components and backend services.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support UAT, post-implementation activities, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Maintain technical documentation and design artefacts.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and quality improvement practices.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver solutions on time.

Job Skills & Requirements: -

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Front-end fundamentals: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with microservices-based architectures
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT)
• Understanding of web application security best practices
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

• Strong understanding of Consumer Banking systems, including:
• Retail & Consumer Banking
• Credit & Debit Cards
• Payments and ATM systems
• Internet and Mobile Banking platforms

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1215 years of overall experience in software development and system design
• 510 years of experience in driving system and technical requirements lifecycle
• Proven ability to:
• Validate feasibility of user requirements
• Support business users during UAT and post-implementation
• Collaborate effectively with solution architects and IT teams
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
