We are looking for ato help design, analyze, and enhance our software systems while working closely with business users and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess existing systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and propose effective solutions
- Prepare clear documentation such as system specifications, integration flows, and test scenarios
- Coordinate with developers throughout the development and implementation process
- Support system testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-3+ years experience working as a System Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and system documentation
- Hands-on experience with business applications and enterprise systems
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
