Job Summary
Looking for a System Analyst (SAP-HR) who will be responsible for analysing, designing, developing, and maintaining SAP HR applications, while working closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Must have 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and application maintenance
- Strong experience in gathering user requirements and translating them into functional and application specifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and database design
- Experience in SAP HR Programming and HR application development
- Proficiency in SAPUI5 and JavaScript for SAP application development
- Experience developing and consuming SAP OData Services
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
- Experience with SuccessFactors modules including Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, Mobile, and Story Reports
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Integration Suite and CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
Desired Skill-set
- Knowledge of SAPUI5, OData, and SAP BTP is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications
- Analyse, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain SAP HR applications
- Design and maintain databases using SAP HANA, with experience in SAPUI5, JavaScript, and OData services
- Support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Story Reports, and Learning
- Develop and integrate solutions using SAP BTP, including Integration Suite, CAP Model, and Credential & Access Management (CAM) services
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions, demonstrating strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
